Solve : Can I auto end a program when sleepping?

for some reason ,i have to run some program at 4 am ,so i MADE a PLAN to let the program run automaticly

meanwhile , i want to use the time before 4 to download something. but if it isn't finished before 4,it will affect the program running at 4 am.

so ,i want to ask ,how can i make it ended auto before the other program running.Are you using SCHEDULED tasks?
