Solve : can not access internet explorer unless? |

Answer» i can not access internet explorer unless i'm logged in on my DAIL up(yes, dial up) aol-9 connection, the site i'm accessing states when i'm using using the aol9 its having problems with the browser while SENDING & receiving messages, i'm not use 2 this new computer(new 2 me outdated 2 the new systems out here i guess.
