Solve : can not be downloaded? |

Answer» I was trying to clean up my laptop and I must have DELETED something. now everytime I try to download anything at all like a new program, open an ATTACHMENT in an email, updates for windows, anything at all, after it starts to download, it stops and says "could not be downloaded". every single time I try to download anything. I have searched everywhere and all I can find is people saying "change your security settings" and stuff like that. I know thats not the problem because I have checked all that. I have TRIED to do a system restore, and it must not be able to go back to a date far enough back because it does nothing at all. I bought my laptop at best buy in like 2008 or so and it didnt COME with a windows disk so I cannot even format the dam thing or whatever thats called.
