Solve : can not delete or move file?

Hi All,

I'm having trouble to delete or MOVE most pictures or files, The messagse: acces is denied...But when I tried to delete or move the pictures or file on to safe mode, it worked correctly. Any idea how to fix them? Try turning thumbnail view off in Windows EXPLORER window settings...What files are you actually trying to move or delete are they important system files? and are you a limited user or a computer ADMIN?Details about the problem get better solutions. Hi,
I'm RUNNING window xp p2, can  not delete or  move  file  like pictures and songs, everytime i tried  to delete or  move the file/picture/songs  always appear small  window with message "access is denied",  but when i tried to do them on safe mode...it worked perfectly well...is it any program that using those files which i don't know about? THANK you for  your response
