Hi, I can not get in to my dell operating system. the system boots up passed the dell logo and the bar completes, though it will not go into the operating system. there is this black screen with
[Be_$/Be_$]_ the ending cursor is blinking. i can not get into safe mode i can only press f2 or f12. i do not know what to do on those stages those are the system set up or one time boot menu. please. I already took out my memory CARD and replaced it not with NEW ones just in different locations.. i check my MESSAGES regularly. please help. I can not afford insurance on my computer and i check my messages through my phn. You MAY need to recall as to what changes/updates that have cause this problem. Have you tried reloading default setup? ALSO try reseatting the HD connection and make sure it is firmly secured.
