Answer» My COMPUTER is a HP Compaq Presario Using MICROSOFT WINDOWS XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 3 I can not move or delete files/folders using the drag and drop technique. I can however right-click and delete the file. And USE the [emailprotected] to move the file on boot. I've tried going in safe-mode and DRAGGING the files/folders but that does not work.
