I have Vista Home Basic 32 bit. I am using Yahoo mail. When I have an email on the screen and I click on "print" I get the following message. "Internet explorer has STOPPED working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and NOTIFY you if a solution is available." I can print other things from the screen but not email. One thing I notice is that the email I am TRYING to print is that it is so big it runs off the right side of the screen. I don't know how to reduce the size so that the entire email will be on the screen. As far as I can tell the Internet explorer is working except this one item. Any help is appreciated.
