Answer» When I open the HP Solution Center there is a lot of black space and no wording on any of the buttons. I click the first button on the left. error: "The program configured for this button is missing, please choose another program from within the button settings. I've run HP Printing Diagnostic Utility, version 1.11.04, HP Driver Diagnostic, version .03.0009 and Hp Scan Diagnostic Utility, version 0.05. No HELP. I've un-installed, reinstalled the HP software. NO help. Would appreciate any help I can get. HP PSC 1510v All-In-One PRINTER attached via USB CABLE Gateway MX 6436 Notebook Windows XP home IE 8 SP3With USB printers installing is a little tricky... Unplug the usb cable for the printer. Remove the HP software in Add/Remove programs... Then in Control Panel /Printers FIND the HP and right clik it and select Remove/Uninstall. Re-boot a few times. Re-install the HP software leaving the printer unhooked until instructed to connect it. Best of Luck.
