First check if it is in the banned applications. Most firewall software has the option to do this.garystin's wifes account still works. If the firewall was blocking the mail program, wouldent his wifes account not work???It mightnt. I think if he uses 2 different user accounts, they work in different ways. I know on my home computer, if I install any software, its not installed on the other user a/c's.
