Answer» My computer has stopped working. When I turn on my computer, it goes to the screen where it asks if you want to start NORMALLY, start in SAFE mode and stuff like that. And if I choose any one of them, it SAYS that windows has had a problem starting and it says to restart the computer. If I do, it goes back to the exact same screen that says to restart. Can somebody help me with this problem?Which OS are you using? Which OS are you using? Im using windows xp and I dont have the installation CDWhich MAKE and model of computer are you using, and how OLD is it? Does it have a recovery partition or a restore function such as Packard-Bell's Smart Restore? |
