Answer» My desktop running XP Home won't access internet even though when I plug in my laptop to the LINE it accesses just fine. Where could I start trouble shooting please. All Our computers are hard wired ; no WiFi. I have tried both IE and Firefox neither works. They both work just fine with my laptop connected.
