Solve : Can't change brightness when plugged in? |

Answer» HI everyone, It seems that since I INSTALLED Windows 7 (it may however be unrelated), whenever my laptop is plugged in and CHARGING I cannot change brightness through the control panel or hotekeys. I am using a DELL Vostro 1400. It works fine when not plugged in. Thanks in advance for all your HELP |
