Solve : can't delete install icon?

ok i DOWNLOADED the ares file SHARING installer, and couldn't get it to work.  so i want to delete it, but can't because it is saying it is being used by ANOTHER program. I cannot figure this one out. I closed everthing

Windows XP

Is there an UNINSTALLER for it? If so, use it.
If not, open the Task Manager, end any strange tasks and try then.
If that fails, download [highlight]KillBox[/highlight], run it, point it at the file and select "Delete On Reboot".Thankyou, killbox did the trick
