Solve : Can't figure out the problem ??

When I am starting my computer,after the booting process ,on the desktop two windows of notepad is automatically genarating and the note pad says "[.ShellClassInfo]
[emailprotected]%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787 ".....both of the note pads says the same thing
No...idea what is the problem??.....This is caused by a CORRUPT desktop.ini file in one or more startup or start menu folder(s). You need to edit or DELETE them. If you go to each Notepad in turn and try "Save as",,, you will see which folders you need to DEAL with.
