Solve : can't get out of safe mode? |

Answer» I have a older dell with XP HOME and it will not START. It SAYS it is starting in SAFE mode if I touch the monitor buttons but it will not recognize the mouse or keystroke to start up. The screen stays dark for this as well unless I touch the before mentioned + - monitor buttons. |
