To do a repair install you need an original XP install disc. Did your computer come with a OEM restore disc or partition? Just wanted to let you guys know that since I did the physical cleaning, I haven't had any problems getting log-on. In addition, a techie also INFORMED me that if the problem had persisted, it could also be a problem with the video card or driver. Now my problem is that IE7, wouldn't install. |
