Hold down the f8 key on boot and do this>CONTROL Panel/System/Advanced/Settings (Startup & Recovery)/System Failure/Uncheck-Automatically Restart

If this fails....you may have the wrong ram.Okay, Windows is insalled, and I started getting things set up, icons, printer, and internet, but the dang thing started rebooting again.  It runs in windows for maybe 30 seconds, and then just reboots, over and over.
