Solve : can't getpast the administrator screen? |

Answer» When I started up my computer (xp), I CLICKED on "administrator", it goes to a quick blue screen, then back to "administrator logging off", then goes right back to the administrator sign in WINDOW. I tried to load thru safe mode (f8 key), but it goes back thru the same cycle, How can I get into the computer to do a system reset?Boot to safe mode. Then go to System Properties - Advanced - Startup & Recovery Settings and uncheck "automatically restart". Reboot. NEXT TIME that blue screen should remain VISIBLE. Post the entire contents of that screen here. |
