Answer» i have acer extensa 4220, before have windows vista home basic, now want to change xp, so i insert windows x p cd , t hen diplay blue screen and files LOADING, then push ENTER to continue display message: "setup did not find any hard disk drive installed to your computer" but hard disk good, again i can install vista, ACER EXTENSA 4220 INTEL CELERON PROCESSOR 1.73 GHZ anyone helpAre you required to load a DRIVER for your hdd at the start of Setup (Press F6 ETC...)? Is your hdd SATA?
