Another thing that my friend failed to mention was that it was working properly during a thunderstorm than the power flash and when his computer reset the problem started. Does this help what the problem COULD be?....BTW I can't get into Windows at all. Normal mode nor SAFE mode. At last, You must check the temperature generated on the devices, if it's warm it means that the Hardware needs to add more fan coolers, or deactivate Overclocking. The overheat cause this fail too.
