Answer» For many months I have been ABLE to click my E Drive to retrieve documents. LATELY I can't coz I was prompted "Choose the program you want to use to open this file". Checked my C and D drive, also GOT the same message. What's wrong? I can see the file CONTENTS from Windows EXPLORER though.try this... go to menu>run and type this "regsvr32 /i shell32.dll" click ok wait for the confirmation. a dialog box will appear then if it is successful, try to open the C and D.
