Solve : can't open or save attachments- help!? |

Answer» I have a new desktop with windows vista. Up until yesterday, I was ABLE to open or save attachments that I received through EMAIL. IThe open window comes up and it LOOKS like it's opening, but then it goes AWAY completely. If I try to save to a file, I choose the file and it starts saving, but disappears before COMPLETING. I am not very computer savvy, so bear with me. My free trial of AVG expired and I loaded AVG free. That's the only thing that I can tell is different. |
