Answer» When I try to open Services, a message pops up.
It reads:
mmc.exe - Unable to LOCATE Component
'This application has failed to start because MröD .dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.'
Anyone know how to reinstall the application? I don't even know what app to re-install ;(

Have you tried running the Microsoft MANAGEMENT CONSOLE from the "Run" dialogue or from the Command Prompt? If that works, then you'll be able to open any Microsoft Common Console Document (in the System32 folder) from within it. If you cannot even start MMC, well, let's cross that bridge if we ever come to it. Regards.
