Answer» Computer: HP Pavillion 8755C, O.S. windows XP Pro VERSION 2002 S.P.3, Intel PENTIUM III 803MGz 512MB RAM I download an application and try to open the file so I can save/run it I click in the double click the DESKTOP Icon and NOTHING happens, Also i right click and hit OPEN nothing happens, I right click hit RUN AS... and nothing happens what upOne particular program, or any downloaded program?
