Answer» idk if this THREAD NEEDS to be in this forum but i figured, im trying to run old games via cmd related to windows 7 ultimate and the message i get is this i tried to open it via cmd through windows anyone have solution for that?If it is a DOS game, DOSBox should be able to run it.Yeah, most of those old DOS games won't run properly from a "DOS" window. Windows won't provide audio, video, and mouse support the way the old DOS programs expect it to come. Kip's suggestion of DOSBox is a good ONE. It will run most any DOS game in a Windows environment.
