Solve : Can we use dos bootable tools in a "virtual dos" running on windows 7 64x?

And if so, can it run equally fast or even faster? or is there nothing like the real dos for these TOOLS, such as hdd regenerator and low LEVEL formatting tools.
Also could it recognize THINGS that dos would not recognize such a 3.0 usb PORTS and such?

If you mean compatibility mode No...it's not DOS.Like dosbox or VMware Player.You need to explain what is meant by 'bookable tools'.
