Solve : cannot access removable disk?

1.	Solve : cannot access removable disk?
Answer» i have many times before plugged my psp into the computer using the usb cable. however when i TRY to do this now i get the error message "the disk in DRIVE f is not formatted do you WANT to form at now" i have even said yes but then it says windows cannot complete the format. can you please help thanks. oh and i made some changes to the services running on my computer as i wanted my computer to run QUICKER can this be the cause. thanks. win xp sp2Er, uh, um, what services did you disable? thanks for your interest in HELPING contrex but a simple restart of my computer solved my problem weird huh!
