Solve : cannot boot laptop? |

Answer» FUJITSU liebook powers up but displays black page with white writing. top line says apologise but windows did not start successfully recent hardware or sotware may have caused this. at the bottom it counts down from 30 secs to 0 thenwith start windows normally selected it shows windows logo with blue band running left to right and then goes back to previous page , i have tried starting with safe mode selected to no avail.tried selecting last good known start flashes for 1 SECOND blue screen with white writing then goes back to first screen can you help before my grandaughter kills me.Same in Safe Mode? Did you try System RESTORE?it looks like you some how corrupted a file that windows needs to BOOT try reinstalling windows |
