Solve : Cannot detect a hard disk? |

Answer» About 7 months AGO I had a power outtage while my comp was on. I have an hp pavilion. When I turn it on it loads the blue screen that says hp INVENT then it loads the windows page that has the scrolling bar. It bounces back and forth between these two pages. When we tried to do a system recovery, it says that it was successful, but then when you try to boot it back up and go into the boot screen it says that the hard disk cannot be detected. What does this mean? Do I need a NEW hard drive? Thank you.So you haven't been able to boot for 7 months, is that what you are saying?Hello, |
