Solve : cannot dload conact photo?

hi.

i wish to dload a contact CARD photo.
Each time i go to Upload Photo i can only enter into Logitech and not the photo FILE of which there is a range of foto files.
How has Logitech DONE this and how can i RESTORE it?
It happened for this Site and even Gmail.
