Solve : Cannot download anything or watch videos?

Hello

This is a new problem for me..suddenly my computer will not download. If I have a site and put it into rapidget..it just spin and not download. If I go directly to the download site and click on download it will hang for literally hours until it indicates it is ready to download and when I click on download it DOWNLOADS instantly no matter how large the file.

Plus I am unable to watch any videos on the net as they just spin and spin.

Cable company was out and EVERYTHING was fine as I have tried everything I know. Please advise and thank you.

Why don't we start by uninstalling that, yes.Okay I did that and cleaned the registry and I still have the same problems. Please advise and thank you.What do you mean you cleaned the registry?I used regvac and cccleanerI don't know what regvac is but I do know that most registry cleaners CAUSE more problems than they claim to be ABLE to fix. I'd suggest booting to the Vista cd and trying either SYSTEM restore or repair.
