Answer» I recently installed windows XP and when i try to go online I get a SCREEN that says "the page cannot be displayed." At the bottom of the screen, in the TASK bar, the window says "cannot find server." I was hoping someone might be able to help. Did you re-install your motherboard drivers after the re-install ? ? These will be on a Driver CD that CAME with the machine and will include your network hardware drivers... You MAY have to setup your connection again as well.I have an older dell optiplex gx270 I bought at an auction sight. I donot have any of the driver CD's that would have came with the machine. Do you think I can go to Dell,s website to get the drivers.Actually I just went to dells web site and dowloaded and installed the drivers. I am online. Thank you for the help patio.Excellent News...
