When i open device manager, it shows a problem with with one of the USB drivers. i have tried reinstalling the driver (USING the already supplied intel drivers present on the HARDDISK) but it is still there. (i can see TWO USBs with the same name, one working properly and other not working properly! ... may be this can be the cause of ERROR...)
any help would be greatly appreciated

SajHave you tried right-clicking on the port, and hitting update drivers? (make sure that you are connected to the internet)
[glb]FLAME[/glb]yes i tried that but it says - cannot find driver
internet is there as well.... when i do wat u told, it does searching for sometime and then says - cannot found!
is there anyway i can force it to look on internet manually?
