I have downloaded PowerPoint Viewer but cannot open same. When I click "RUN" of the dialogue to open .pps, this is the answer I get:

"Documents and settings New User/Local Settings Temporary Intnet, (X) This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an associaion in the Folder OPTIONS control panel."

How do I accomplish his?
Did you save the .pps attachment to your computer, first?
You downloaded Power Point Viewer, but did you install it?I uninstalled PowerPoint Viewer, now will reinstall. Believe I installed PPViewer, Will go thru the whole procedure again, then will advise as to what happened.

I can VIEW the attach. after "Saving" to documents, but I don't want that.
