Solve : cannot open web page fully?

some web pages cannot OPEN fully, instead showing a picture it shows only a icon at the left of the picture, how can open them correctly. thxDepends on your internet speed.

Well, good effort, but poor advice I'm afraid.  NONE of the seasoned regulars here would recommend IE7 (at least not without all the USUAL caveats about beta software).  And there are lots of causes of this kind of problem; download speed is rarely one of them.

What you are seeing is an indication that a picture, video or something like that has failed to load.  It is possibly missing, or firewall/internet security software is blocking its display.  Or, possibly, your browser needs a plugin to display that media type.
