Solve : CANNOT START WINDOWS?

Answer»

I found that I was not getting my update from microsoft and was trying to fix it through the email with instruction, it still was not working so I restarted my computer and when it came back on nothing was the same and I had made a restore point but could not get to it. So i restarted my computer and when it gets to the blue screen where it says windows xp it STAY there. I must of done something bad!!!restart and tap the f8 KEY that should get you a screen with option to boot in SAFE mode. if you get to safe mode do your restore from there. Thanks I do that and it still stays at the blue screen that says microsoft WINDOWSxp with the (RED, green, blue, yellow) Flag logo.Quote
