Answer» I found that I was not getting my update from microsoft and was trying to fix it through the email with instruction, it still was not working so I restarted my computer and when it came back on nothing was the same and I had made a restore point but could not get to it. So i restarted my computer and when it gets to the blue screen where it says windows xp it STAY there. I must of done something bad!!!restart and tap the f8 KEY that should get you a screen with option to boot in SAFE mode. if you get to safe mode do your restore from there. Thanks I do that and it still stays at the blue screen that says microsoft WINDOWSxp with the (RED, green, blue, yellow) Flag logo.Quote was trying to fix it through the email with instructionWhat EXACTLY was done?
