Answer» Since my computer was worked on about a week ago, I have not been able to view any pictures on the e-mail, even the old e-mail that was there before. It only shows small boxes with x's in them. Please help. The program is Outlook Express. Under Tools - Options - Security - I do not have the blocked images box marked.What program is this? e.g. Windows Mail, Outlook, etc.what happened if you tried to right click on the X and select show PICTURE or something? at the IE, tools - internet OPTION - advanced - then restore advanced setting.This is Outlook. If I right click the red x, it only gives me the option to "select all." Under Tools - Options - do you want me to go to Security - Advanced? Under Advanced, how should I set it? No, it's Outlook Express, per your previous post. Outlook and Outlook Express are not the same thing.
