Solve : canot play videos on my computer? |

Answer» I cannot play a video on my computer. I get the blue screen of death and my computer shuts down. I did update my NVIDIA drivers, but that didn't help. I also cannot burn a cd. I have Roxio 7. The video should come up in windows MEDIA player, but INSTEAD it just shuts down the computer. Post the entire BSOD message including the gibberish...After a year of wrangling with this, we finally figured out what was wrong. I NEEDED a decoder. Somehow, I didn't have the one I needed even after reformatting which I would have thought it would have been on the RESTORE disk. Anyway, I bought it for $20.00 for NVIDIA graphics card. I guess I explained it right, not sure.. |
