my computer always runs fine but TODAY it keeps saying error loading opperating system so i try that F-8 thing and it dosent work this is my lap top i USE my other computer for workwhat should i do?Reload the operating system? Without any more info we just have to guess......what kind of info you need?
Make sure first,your laptop has the power to load the system?Plug in the mains adapter? then make sure you have not dropped/banging the laptop/or had it running/obscuring the laptop fan

Does the pc have problems all time booting WINDOWS......

Pay the makers hard drive website for diagnostic test on it........or if under warrenty vist the laptop makers website........

For a pc/laptop Not......to do anything on normal boot-up or even safe mode..........i would say,you may have a lazy hard drive...Make sure that you don't have a lot of FILES (without folders) on the root directory C: first of all then run diagnostic checks on your hard-drive and RAM.
