Answer» Husbands new PUTER was downloading upgrades last week and I guess it shut off. SINCE then he can't connect. The errors say its the IP address, Comcast says its the way the browser is set up? There are 3 connections in the network connections page. 1394 CONNECTION 3, Local Area Connection 3 and Local Area Connection 5. Can't restore, it just RUNS around in circles. Almost impossible to get to an advanced tech. New Computer....you should have tech support from hp,dell or whoever.
