Answer» Hi I cant connect (get online) with the above or install the software. I previuosly had no problem but recently had a blue box saying G:/32 is not a valid Win32 application. I uninstallde the software & tried to reinstall but it wont reinstall.
(the installtion is auto when you plug the dongle into the USB port on your LAPTOP)
I have AVG anti-virus free edition installed & immunet.
I have a Medion laptop Windows Vista Home premium 32-Bit opeating system Service pack 2.
I can get nline with my old laptop so hence the post here,..#

many thx Daveavg stopped me downloading the dongle , when your ready to start turn of avg and try if its no good turn it on again , its only for a few min's; turn of your popup blocker as well Hi Harry
Turnt off pop upblocker unistalled AVG & restarted laptop,plugged in dongle & same problem.
If I click on my comp file & open this with dongle plugged, the 3G symbol is there & if I doubl click the symbolis should nstall, but I get the same message
G:/32 is not a valid Win32 application
If I right click & open the monitor ICON its show 3G but wont connect, & shows it as a dial upconnection.

Sounds like an older app for that dongle....the name would be helpful.Hi not sure how you install it in compatability mode can you advise please?

These are the LOGS Im getting (screen shot).
I did a system restore back to 3rd August which is when the 3 dongle was last working & I could get online with my laptop.
[recovering disk space - old attachment deleted by admin]I'd recommend contacting the customer support line. The technical service is top-notch, I've had to contact them a few times.
