Solve : cant log to my comp?

hi
i NEED help plz
when i turn on my comp
it says PRESS esc key for startup menu and when i do it says esc...pause startup and then no RESPOND at all to any thing ,i tried tapping f8 but nothing happend
what can i do iam a bigginerRestart computer, and keep tapping F8 key until menu appears:



Select "LAST known good CONFIGURATION".

If the above won't work, restart again, and this time select "Safe mode".
