I'm wondering what to do with the errors/unused files/etc that ccleaner finds. Should I fix them or keep them there? I'm keeping them there for now but i want to know what to do... Yes, but, as stated over and over in numerous computing forums, CCleaner is probably the safest registry cleaner available. And, since the OP mentions a very long list of items found, I know darn well I'd get rid of it all and I'd feel quite confident about using CCleaner for this. I can only repeat. Yes, but, as stated over and over in numerous computing forums, CCleaner is probably the safest registry cleaner available.
