I then installed Norton 360; then I downloaded Quickbooks Premier 2007 over the internet, then I installed Microsoft Office Pro 2003 by disc. That's the last disc that my computer read. Since then I can't use my cd/dvd drive/burner.Does it work in safe mode? Have you tried going back a few days using the system restore?
