Answer» I'm NEW here and not a computer WIZ so please help if you can. W2000Pro, both drives worked fine UNTIL I downloaded ITunes (got an Ipod for Cmas). Read drive worked but I could not burn. I uninstalled Itunes and now neither drive will WORK. Note says there are no CD drives on my computer, although when I go to hardware directory both are there. . What happened? Can it be restored? You'll see TWO items: - ATA Channel0 (or Primary Channel) - ATA Channel1 (or Secondary Channel) Right click on each of them, and click Uninstal. Confirm. Restart Windows.
