Answer» Thank you for any of your help! I don't know what to do. I have a Dell and we RUN XP. Everytime I turn on the computer, the date and time are wrong. It puts us back to 2004 and the time is always wrong. When we connect to the internet at almost every site we get a certificate error and the address BARS turn reddish-pink. We tried doing a restore because it's just so slow and sometimes our internet won't even work. Some of our programs won't work. But, it won't let us restore. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! Replace the CMOS battery...about the size of a dime located on the MBoard: Part # CR 2032 available at any PC store even WallyWorld. As always when working INSIDE the CASE take anti-static precautions and remove all power sources.
