Solve : Change upper case to lower case?

Answer» I was typing along and my type changed to upper case. I have tried to return to the lower case and my 2007 words processor does not show me where I can do this. When this happened with my 2003 word I would go to format and scroll to change case and it would go back to lower case. The caps key is not on. Second QUESTION. I have a brand new Dell. I have a 19 inch screen and my program for my home PAGE does not go full screen.
