Solve : changing background? |

Answer» When I go into the control panel to try to change my computer's background it won't let me do any background except for a plain COLOR. The color is the only thing I can change. It won't let me click on browse or any of the PRE loaded background that microsoft supplies. Also, when I start up my computer there is a picture on their that I can't figure out how to take off. It's only there while my computer is starting up, not a background. Help please!!!! |
