1.	Solve : Changing windows title bar color with disabled themes?
Answer» I force windows classic mode on our domain. In ORDER to completely disable theme selection, you have to remove Themes & Appearance. This CREATES a small problem for us since one of our software packages runs an inactive window at the bottom of the screen with some PATIENT information on it. We're unable to read the TEXT because it BLENDS too much with the inactive title color. Question is, is there a vbs or bat I can use to manually change an inactive title color or a way to allow the appearance but disable the Windows & Buttons selector?
