Answer» Hey, for some reason i all of a sudden have this problem where none of my character buttons work properly. its like they have some kind of secondary function or something thats turned on and i dont know how to turn it off. for example when i try to type a question mark it makes one of these: É does anyone know how i can fix thisWhat PROGRAM is this in? Or is this happening anywhere on your computre? ie: is it just in something like microsoft word, or anywhere u type (notepad, internet explorer, etc.)Like this?
